Zoo Fun
Today we met Jennifer, Claire, Cainlee, and Logan at the zoo. Landri and I got there early to get our zoo memberships. It has been on the news all week about how crowded the zoo has been for Spring Break. But we had parked, gotten our memberships, and were inside in about 20 mintues! Landri and I checked out the flamingos and gorillas while we waited for the girls. As the day went on, it did get very crowded! The lines at the bathrooms was crazy! We are glad that we decided to bring our own lunches because all the food places had really long lines! We got to see all the animals (except the penguins and Landri hasn't let me forget that!). But now with our memberships we can go back as many times as we want to until next March! Landri really enjoyed it and was really into looking at all the animals this time. She decided that her favorite animal is the zebra and mine is the giraffe! Of course, she was asleep after we had been in the car about 10 minutes! I hope we can get a couple of trips in before it gets too hot and Bailey gets here!

Landri's Pictures
I thought while the weather was nice and my mom was here I would take some pictures of Landri. They didn't turn out as great as I has hoped but I like them. This is her 4th birthday outfit! (I can't believe that she will be 4 in about 2 1/2 weeks!)Ryan and I are taking her to see Disney on Ice in a few weeks and I thought this would be so cute for that! She is also having a Minnie Mouse birthday party at Pump It Up so it works for that too! The adorable bows were made by a girl I went to high school with, Christen Shanor. She makes great bows to match anything! www.ticklemepinkbowtique.com
Landri's "New" Room
Since we needed Landri's full size bed frame for Bailey's crib, we decided to give Landi the queen bed from the spare bedroom. We always need a place for my mom and dad to sleep so we kept this bed instead of the full one. Landri looks like such a big girl in this bed! And she loves to watch her new tv in it too! So with just a few minor changes, Landri's room is now perfect too!(Even though she keeps telling me that she really, really wants a pink and purple room! =)
Bailey's Room
We are just about finished with Bailey's room. Just a few little things here and there and it will be complete. She will have her name above her crib just like Landri did. We used the same bedding that Landri had but changed some other things. We used some of my Maw-Maw's furniture instead of taking everything from Landri's room. Grandmary made a cute cover for the rocker and the window valance is adorable too. We added the circle mirror and candles with ribbons to the wall. We also added some crosses and wall hangings near the closet. It looks really cute! I got out all of Landri's 0-3 month clothes and put them away in drawers. Of course, Bailey's closet is already full of new things too! =)

Spring Break
Well our Spring Break isn't quite over yet but here's what we have done so far......Grandmary, Mams, Granddad, and Uncle Mark came on Saturday. We did lots of playing, shopping, and eating of course! We also took some cute pictures of Landri at the park. (I will post those next!) We also got Landri's room rearranged and Bailey's room ready for her! (Only 11 weeks left at the most!) Landri got an early birthday present from Mams and Granddad since Granddad can't come back for her party he wanted her to have it now......She got a tv with a dvd player for her room! What a big girl! On Monday afternoon, we all headed to Sherman for a visit and to get some stuff done at Grandmary's house. Landri and I headed home on Wednesday. Today (Thursday) we ran some errands and then went to the library. It has been great weather so we have played outside a lot too! Tomorrow we plan to meet the Dale girls for a trip to the zoo and Saturday we have a birthday party!

Happy Birthday, Ryan!
Ryan celebrated his 31st birthday today! We actually gave presents on Saturday. Landri and I got him a new grill and cover. Since it has rained ALL day today, I am glad we picked it yesterday. We even tried it out last night. He was surprised and had no idea that was what we got him. Landri did great at keeping the secret! After church, we took Ryan out for a birthday lunch. Then we spent the rainy afternoon laying around and watching tv. It was so nice! My family is coming this weekend for Spring Break and we will have another birthday celebration with them. Happy Birthday Ryan and we love you!
